Chef Bryan Gregg Holds His April Charity-Driven Farm-to-Fork Dining Experience with Acclaimed Chef James Laird of Restaurant Serenade.

Fluke, green strawberry, sea bean, benne, chard scapes – Chef Gregg

Parigot Blanc de Blanc

1st Course

Creamless asparagus soup, crab dumplings, fava beans – Chef Laird

Nigl Gruner Veltliner Freiheit 2012

2nd Course

Union county ramp barigoule, Charleston rice grits – Chef Gregg

Ferrando Erbaluce di Caluso 2011

3rd Course

Potato crusted halibut, clams, bacon, lovage – Chef Laird

Do Ferreiro Albarino 2012

4th Course

Rohan duck, smoked foie purée, pickled plums, Jersey morels – Chef Gregg

Tortochot Gevrey Chambertin Jeunes Rois 2012

5th Course

Strawberry crèpes, vanilla parfait, rhubarb chips – Chef Laird

Wines are provided by Amanti Vino and will be paid to Amanti Vino prior to the event.

Cost: $95 per person ($60 for food and $35 for wine) with 50% of the food proceeds being donated to benefit cancer research and treatment in New Jersey.
