This is our standard Saturday 5 mile run starting and ending at Dairy Queen, shortened to about 4 miles by turning around at Old Blacktop Road.
However, this is a slow run for you folks out there who don't think that (in spite of my insistence) they're ready to keep up with us on our other runs.
We're eliminating the excuses that "I'm not fast enough" and/or "I'm not in good enough shape."
I guarantee it: you are fast enough and in good enough shape to do this run. We'll start running slowly and if necessary walk a bit to keep everyone together the whole way.
This one has hills. Hills are our friends - they get us in shape faster.
Please: If you're going to sign up for this, do so by Monday night - I would like to know what I'm doing on Tuesday so I can make other plans if I'm not going to host a run.
NOTE: Location alternates every other week! This one starts at Dairy Queen!
(Note also: 6:30 is the earliest I can make it given my commute schedule. I could go a little later if necessary. If someone else wants to host it earlier, that's fine with me... )
