Tell us a little about yourself

My formal background is in mathematics and science, but I've always enjoyed any topic that stimulates the mind. I've traveled extensively, often in pursuit of the arts and culture.

How did you become interested in philosophy?

My interest started when I was 16 years old, when I read something about Jean-Paul Sartre in Le Nouvel Observateur.

What topics interest you the most?

History of philosophy, philosophy of language, the relation between philosophy and science and critical thinking in general.

Can you summarize your philosophical outlook in 50 words or less?

Fear not questioning, but be tolerant and have an open mind.

Your favorite book?

Hominem unius libri timeo.

Just a Montrealer who enjoys the art of conversation and especially listening.
