How Far and How Fast Do You Like to Go?

I try to get my minimum workout, which is 20 minutes/2 miles, as close to every day as I can. Longer as time permits. Just ran the Lafayette 10k.

Are you training for a race, or just running for fun?

Running for fitness and pleasure, hoping to enhance the fun part if I meet some local runners!


Hi Everybody, I've been running for years, as it is the best workout for the shortest time. Lately I'm trying to expand to other forms of exercise, but will still keep running in the mix. Hoping to meet some other nearby runners.
