The paratha is the perfect bread as far as I'm concerned - stuffed with a filling, it's a complete meal. But ofcourse, Indians love their accompaniments of raita and chutney with the paratha.
Let's meet at 10 30- knead the dough for parathas - make 2 different fillings - learn to stuff the paratha - it looks complicated but is really very simple. We'll also make them without any filling - just as delicious!
Then we make chutney and yoghurt relish and the best activity of all - EAT!
