If you're involved in a startup, or thinking about starting one, chances are you can learn from others that are doing and thinking the same.

Morning Startup is a fortnightly morning catchup where founders, potential entrepreneurs and others in the startup community (VCs and Angels welcome) can get together and have a casual chat over coffee.

Here are some principles that govern how we make decisions about the group, member communications, and other fun stuff. Have something you'd like to share with our members? Read these principles first.

• Morning Startup is run in the interest of its members by the organizers. We announce events, deals, and other information that we feel will be of interest or benefit to our members. We do not typically promote commercial interests to our members and we do not sell access to our membership list.
• All Morning Startup members have the right to post on the Morning Startup website discussion forums. Play nice, please.
• Morning Startup is not a commercial organisation. We do not charge membership fees. However, there are costs associated with running the group. If you'd like to help us offset these, please contact one of the organizers.
