This group meets to start the day with yoga as a way to awaken the body after lying in bed all night. We'll start with the basics and move on from there since morning yoga has so much to offer. We'll enhance our energy levels, improve our ability to focus and just plain brighten our spirits. We will especially work on linking breath with movement to tone and invigorate the body, improve circulation and of course calm the mind.
Meet me Thursday mornings at 7:30
for a one-hour, semi-private, Hatha Yoga class. Class size is limited, so register early.
Yoga is for everyone but space is limited to 5 to 6 people.
