Tell us about yourself (a 30 second summary)

I have a long history of involvement in the property market (despite a background in accounting and IT). I'm in business with my lawyer friend Guy Clarke, forming Morpheus Property many moons ago.

What do you hope to get out of this group?

We love sharing our experience with people keen on getting involved in the property market, as there is so much to learn. We also invite subject experts to help share their wisdom as well. Through this open exchange of knowledge, we've created a forum where prospective buyers and property professionals can learn more about the industry and market before rolling up their sleeves.

How did you find your way to our MeetUp group?

Through a business networking event as well as my good friend and SEO specialist, Ben Maden ("Matter Solutions" - a free plug for some brilliant people).

Are you more interested in Residential or Commercial property?

To me, both are quite interesting. Having an accounting background and passion to help business owners increase their performance, I really enjoy the complexities of commercial property. I enjoy talking to business owners about their growth strategies and how their commercial property solution will help them get them there. With residential property, I really enjoy watching a first home owner or family move into a property that best suits their needs. I am friends with so many of my clients because of the time taken to truly understand their lifestyle and property needs. Because I'd consider myself a 'people person', that side of my work really appeals to me. : )
