Board Meeting - Virtual (Skype)

Meetings are Second Monday of the month

Meetings will be at Peter’s House as the default.

Time – 6:30 PM start – hard stop at 8:30

Pizza & salad – Board to bring beverages

· Additional Agenda items to Dave two days before the meeting – Added Agenda items to Board Day before meeting through email.

· Please do home work so we can have a quick review through Standing Reports of where we are. If you can’t make the meeting send the report anyway.

· I have some simple suggested metrics that would track how we are doing. I don’t want to get TOO METRIC HAPPY, but these are some simple things that will let us know how well we are doing as a club. Let me know what you think, this is all open for discussion.

· Virtual Meetings – we can use SKYPE to conference call everyone together. SKYPE is free but requires a computer and headset. Get SKYPE here for free: http://skype.com/... and email the board with your login. Mine is david_mclean.
