Ice Skating at Yerba Buena Ice Center - South of Market SF

Come ice skating at Yerba Buena Ice Center - it's Cheap-Skate night at the rink - which means FREE skate rentals. The session lasts from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
Cost for skating is $9 per person.
Meet inside the Ice Center - I will be there a bit early
Afterward if we like we can head across the street to Jillian's for drinks and/or appetizers- they have a large bar area and menu (or other locations close to the rink are possible as well)
Here is website for Ice Center - it's indoors (unlike our last skating adventure) and is a full-size rink. I recommend parking at 5th and Mission garage which is a block from the rink and is very large - or find street parking on Folsom in area of 4th or 3rd Streets which will be closest entrance to rink.
Last skating event we had went really well and I was impressed with the skating abilities everyone had! So whether you grew up skating or have never even seen a rink, come and skate with us! I even had my skates sharpened after the last skating event so I'm ready!

I've gone there a couple of times this year. It is a lot of fun. It is at the far far end of yerba buena center. You can rent skates there as well. I look forward to meeting everyone.

Linda BI love MM!! I was actually terrified before stepping out on the ice, but the encouragement and physical "propping up" of other members got me motivated to "do the glide." This meetup event was a total blast. I enjoyed talking to several new (to me) folks and continuing the chat at Jillians later. Thank you, Dan and ALL for a great evening. The carpool experience also rates an A++!
