A unique opportunity for women to begin or continue their spiritual practice
in an informal community setting
during early motherhood.
“The heart of reality is a dirty diaper.”
- Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
We use everyday activities as a springboard to sanity. It is our hope that you will join us in an effort to nourish the spiritual foundation of a happy, healthy family.
We meet together to practice meditation and chanting, discuss relevant readings, exchange ideas, and mindfully attend to our babies’ needs in a supportive and nurturing environment.
We meet at Wesleyan University Campus and
other community based locations throughout CT
(see schedule for specific dates)
This group is designed for mothers/other female caregivers and
children ages 0-3 years.
You are welcome to bring a bottle &/or breastfeed during our gathering.
REGISTRATION IS SIMPLE
Just let us know the name of mother/caregiver,
name of child, age, if you have any special needs
and when will you be attending
Prior knowledge of any specific spiritual practice or philosophy is not required but please let us know of any previous experience.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
