Mission Peak Hike

This is a meet and greet hike for those interested in travelling to Tanzania, trekking Mt. Kilimanjaro and training with Gumo Africa's training program.  Meet at TH at the end of Stanford Avenue, hike out and back to Mission Peak.  This is about a 6 mile hike that will take approximately 3 hours.  Bring your own food, water, and clothing layers.  There are pit toilets and water at the trailhead.  Cell phone reception is poor so try texting if your calls are not going through and you are running late or are lost.  Dori's number is[masked]-9838.

These evening hikes are proving difficult right now because we have a big push, where I am working, to get projects finished before the software code freeze at the end of September. from October 1st the pressure should be off :-)
