Hi Lisa, if you can, can you email me the form or forms I need to complete for tomorrow? Somehow I can't find your email with the attachment. Or alternatively, if you have a blank form that I can complete tomorrow. Thanks. Jeannie

Hi Lisa, I have been having a few goes on MTB trails myself but was wondering do you have a preference for clipless or flat peddles? I started off with clipless and that was a scary and painful (but still fun) experience - i then read that flat peddles are perfectly fine and in some instances better froma technical perspective even at the elite level. Do you have any preferences for what we do? I can do either but think on technical trails I'd prefer flats just for the added confidence it gives you. Regards Duncan

I personally prefer clipless pedals rather than flats. They take a while to get used to but I have more control and balance when I am locked in. I set them at the loosest setting so that I can unclip easily. It may be better to use flats at the skills clinic until you get used to the clipless. However, it really is a personal preference.

Thanks Lisa, I'm getting used to clipless but just riding on roads - they are a new level of terror on MTB paths - I'll make a snap, spur of the moment decision on Sunday morning! Cheers
