Monday Track Workout

Come join some of us Monday for a track workout at Stanford, led by the one and only Caleb Lander.  We will start with a mile warmup around the track and then do some active stretching and strides to get our legs moving before we start the workout.  Workouts will vary by week and will be posted in the comments by Caleb.
