Thursday Evening Run and Dinner

Let's run on the Bay Trail. The route will be a simple out and back, going west on the trail (behind Moffett) and then returning. I will be doing about 5.5 miles (2.75 out and turn around) but you are welcome to do more or less. 

We will be taking off around 6:05 PM, but if you arrive later you can catch up on the route, which can be found here: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/372246337 

Afterwards we will go to Off the Grid at Sports Basement (1177 Kern Ave, Sunnyvale). Food trucks and music! Bring a folding chair if you can.

    I will be bringing the cooler today with water and gatorade. Obviously, with this weather it is important to stay smart. Run what you can. Hydrate this afternoon, and see you this evening!

      no special preparations but because its in 90's today, try to keep hydrated all day and show up at the trailhead ... and if you can, bring a mat/chair to sit on in case you are planning to join for dinner afterwards (food truck event hosted by off the grid) ..
