Hi Raj! Welcome to the running group! The group paces somewhere between 11 - 13 minute milers. Although we start off together, some of us may pace toward the front, some in the back. The group allows us to run strong on the days we feel strong and to fall back on the days we have rough runs.
The Jeff Galloway method incorporates a walk break. We run for 6 mins. and walk for 1 - except during track workouts. Let me know if you have any questions. I hope to meet you soon! j
