No Show/Cancellation policy for movie meetups:

Movie tickets will normally be purchased via online ticketing 2 days in advance for buddies who have a RSVP status of 'Yes/Attending' at cutoff time.  Cutoff time is normally set to be 2 days before date of event at midnight (For example, meetup on a Friday night will have cutoff time at 12:00am Wednesday).  

First time attendees after RSVP'ed to 'Yes' will have to make a deposit of HK$70 before cutoff time as stated in the meetup details.  Failure to do so will result in your RSVP being automatically updated to 'Not Attending'.   If you have to drop out of a meetup that you've already signed up for, you must update your RSVP status to 'No/Not Attending' before the stated cutoff time, or any deposit paid will not be refunded.  You will also be required to settle the balance with the organizer/event host. 

Cancellation/drop-out after cutoff time or in case of no show without prior notice, the attendee will have to pay for the ticket cost (incl. ticket price and online booking surcharge) in full.

Once you 'no show', you will be banned.

Please settle your payment of deposit via bank transfer to the organizer's bank account.  Information will be given in the individual meetup details.  For returning attendees, it is your choice to pay for your ticket by bank transfer or in cash to the organizer at the meetup.
