Explore gentle movement and joyful healing meditation. We focus on the pleasure of breathing and moving. This group studies the relation between your body and mind, your inner child and your relation to Earth. It is a low impact, casual workout, blending yoga, tai chi, and capoeira, at a baby level of comfort. This does not require full mobility, just an interest in being present and improving coordination. We recognize each other where we are at, and encourage a little bit of growth in positive motion. Meeting outside to gather Sunshine and Joy! Beginners to advanced, all ages are welcome.
