“ FREEZING morning, real brass monkey weather hey! Beautiful walk. Gino thrilled me with a long walk into the "wild places" and we saw lots of newly exploded blossoms. We had a great picnic off the beaten track and I feel on top of the world now. Looking forward to seeing you on "The Hill" soon. The summit cafe looks like it is finished and now only the landscaping is outstanding. It is scheduled to open end of July. So bring on the Cappucinos! I have discovered that if you get coffee ground to the consistency of turkish coffee ie dust! that if you pour hot water on it from a flask, stir in some sugar and let it settle, you will have coffee on the trail "to die for", saves bringing the bodum or the gaggia!
