Mt Gravatt Summit Walk

Call Gail on[masked] if unable to attend.  2 hour largely off track walk , moderate intensity.

Meet at the top of the hill, please arrive at 7.50 am for an 8 am start.

Start with 10 minutes mindfulness practice. Friendly respectful Group.

Relax at end in Echidna cafe, summit of Mt Gravatt. Sturdy shoes, hat, sunscreen, water essential; long sleeves/pants advised.

We will still be walking if it is raining, bring a raincoat.
