Mt Gravatt Summit Walk

Call Gail on[masked] if unable to attend, reception on top of the mountain is intermittent.  “2 hour largely off track walk , moderate to high intensity. 

Start with 10 minutes mindfulness practice. Friendly respectful Group. Relax at end in Echidna cafe, summit of Mt Gravatt. 

Sturdy shoes, hat, sunscreen, 1 litre of water essential now it is getting warm; long sleeves/pants advised.”

    Hey,I got the information that we'll meet in a car park at 7.50 and we'll leave at 8am. But closed to Shire road there are two car parks. Is it the one in the corner between Shire Road and Logan Rd?
