Mailbox Peak

Wimpy hikers, turn the page. This trail offers nothing for you but pain and heartbreak. If you think you've got the goods to scramble up more than 1000 feet per mile, read on. Mailbox Peak brings a serious burn to the thighs of even the best-conditioned athletes, but the rewards make it all worthwhile. From the top of this jutting lump of rock, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the lower Snoqualmie River valleys.

We disregarded the warnings in the guidebook and all the warnings on the signboard at the trailhead about how hard this hike is. It is brutal!! But we can now cross this one off our bucket list. Thanks Bonnie for leading a great hike!

OUTSTANDING HIKE! It was not an easy one for me... but the view was worth every single effort to keep going up and up! Bonnie, thanks for organizing this challenging hike! The team looked after each other and ensure we made it to the top! I had a great time!
