Part mud run & part CrossFit. The race starts in The Pit, which includes multiple strength stations - Shoulder To Overhead, American Kettlebell and Burpee Up-And-Over Box Jump. Eric should love this! :) The rest of the event is a 5 mile mud run across an airfield and the surrounding terrain.
I'm going to run in the afternoon with one of my martial arts school's black belts. I'll form a team if anyone wants to join us!
