This is a group for those of you who may be short on time but are motivated to increase your fitness level. We meet together for 30 minutes for some fat burning interval strength and endurance exercises. No two workouts are the same. All fitness levels are eligible to join the group. The first week is free...so meet up and give it a try. Tues and Thur at 8 am, 9:15 am, 2:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 6 pm ( Sat at 9 am by request only). No gym membership necesary; drop in rate applicable. Nothing to lose but some sweat!!
