Hi Mukti, looking forward to coming back soon. I'm eating the most delicious cabbage kofta for lunch today :)

I have a small favor to ask; is it possible you could send us a digital copy of the recipes from the class we took? Our printed version is covered in sauces and is getting difficult to read. The recipes were cabbage kofta, lamb korma, palek paneer, and yogurt salmon.

In addition to coming to your class, we are also trying to drum up interest in doing a group class with friends at my house. Will let you know if we can get it together.

    Hi Daniel,

So nice to see your comments. I am glad to know that you tried those dishes and they came out good. Keep cooking and the more you do, it will be better and try to improvise something new with many spice combination e.g fenugreek, fennel and black pepper etc. Let me know if you like to do any group classes with your friends. Thanks again. Give my best to Kate. Much love, Mukti

The dinner menu was fantastic, as was Mukti's instruction. I cam home and made similar dishes using the techniques Mukti taught us, and they came out fantastic.
