Hi Friends of Indian food,

There are many secrets to cook really good Indian dishes, as for example how to choose your utensils, how to control your temperature etc, I will teach you all the details and of course the nuances of spices. In no time you will become an expert on Indian cooking.

The menu:

Pakora(the onion Fritters in chickpea flour)

Saag Paneer(Spinach in Indian cheese)

Chicken jalfrezi (chicken in onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and cilantro)

Badam Phirni(almonds,milk,sugar and rice)--a very delicious dessert

What you will get:
