Dear friends of Mukti's Kitchen,
This is a joint collaboration with my friend Jenny Bichsel who is a registered Yoga teacher, you all know that Yoga and Indian food is a very good combo, so we are doing this....
Enjoy a relaxing Hatha Yoga class with Jenny followed by delicious vegetarian home cooked Indian food by Mukti. The class is suitable for all levels, but aimed at beginners or those wishing to explore a broader foundation of yoga. The class will include physical asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and yoga nidra (15min guided deep relaxation).
After the Hatha class, Mukti will share some background knowledge on the preparation of healthy vegetarian food, the health benefits of herbs and spices used in Indian cooking, and the relationship between yoga and healthy eating in terms of balancing body and mind.
1hr 15min class will begin promptly at 6pm so please arrive a few minutes before.
Mats, blankets & props are provided. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
