Hi Mukti's Kitchen friends,
I have been invited to do a Food class at the Park slope Food Coop on this Thursday at 7:30pm. We will discuss the health benefits of certain spices, grains and herbs and how to use them in quick,easy,inexpensive and delicious meal.
Participants are welcome to sample the food prepared. Please check the office about their restrictions to attend the class.
Menu includes: chickpea Masala; Kali dal(black lentil); Aloo Paratha(Potato stuffed bread)
