I would like to learn how to prepare delicious South Indian recipes. I am a gourmand, have some good cooking skills, and have started to learn how to create Indian cuisine flavour profiles, recreating them based upon taste.
I'm a world fusion artist, combining brazilian and indian rhythms with electronica. I'm also influenced by traditional blues and soul, genres that I grew up on along with brazilian music, which is my first love. Samba Meu!
Mukti and Partha (don't ever call him Paratha!! :) ) are lovely hosts, and made us all feel very welcomed. Mukti prepared many dishes, not an easy task at all, and the food was really nice. I look forward to seeing Mukti and Partha again. 5 Stars.
