I wouldn't be interested in this meetup if I wasn't.
Yes. It annoys me that preppers are displayed on television as wacko nut-jobs. Most are ordinary people who wish to be prepared should a natural disaster occur. I see prepping to be no different from saving money for emergencies.
I try not to harbor biases, however I also realize that everybody naturally has them...some minor and some major. However, I can assure that my own personal biases will not impede full inclusion. I know how to be professional, I am a public school instructor.
I was raised LDS and as such I was also raised to prepare for emergencies. Truthfully, prepping just makes sense.
I am a math teacher in Perris. I believe in being prepared as a precaution and a service to my community. I practice Kajukenbo and I am a certified level 3 archery instructor. I know how to sew basic items and loom knit.
