Hike in Allamuchy Mountain State Park

Take-in the beautiful winter scenes of NJ’s magnificent Allamuchy State Park. Trails range in difficulty from easy to moderate. All hikers welcome, novice to expert. Remember to bring a water bottle and a snack. We will meet at the Waterloo Road parking area at 9:45 am (look for signs on the right for Sussex Branch Trail Parking.)       Good Morning! Like Beth said, waterproof boots are a definitely need for the hike tomorrow, the trail is muddy and covered in melting snow making hiking slow, but do able! I know I am looking forward to getting out of the house!
