Please join us for an evening of collective spiritual songs and chanting followed by silent meditation. The music is more western folk style rather than Indian, and we mix English devotional songs and samskrta chanting. Together we can create a powerful loving spiritual atmosphere, and enjoy divine meditation. We also share spiritual stories and ideas from different traditions. The group leader will guide the group in a universal meditation technique, and free individual meditation instruction is available on request. Please bring your own musical instruments if you wish, or just yourself - all are welcome.
