Ciao Music Lovers!
Just a quick reminder about the FREE opera on Sunday in the Italian Garden. We'll be enjoying the perfect weather - Betsy Kilng at WKYC says that it will be around 80f and sunny at showtime.
Bring your folding chairs and friends along. Tuxedos and formal gowns not required.
We'll arrive around 4:30 to 5 p.m. and stake out a prime location up front. We'll be just to the left of the staging area in the photo above. Come early since saving space will be difficult once people start arriving. Also, early birds get the close-in street parking!
Plan on bringing an Italian dish to share and, of course wine. There will be complementary wine in the garden and wood-fired pizza for purchase if you don't pack a picnic.
The event ends early around 7:30 p.m. so it won't interfere with an early bedtime and prep for the work week. For those so inclined, we may head over to Murray Hill/Little Italy for desert.
We do take attendance, so please do check in with one of the organizers/hosts and don't be a no-show. If you don't have a photo on your profile, then it will be up to you to find us.
Looks like a great event.
