Hi Music Lovers,

Looks like summer is over and it’s time to consider some indoor time especially at some great concerts. We have quite a few events in process for the fall. We’ll be adding events at the Beachland Ballroom, local universities and Playhouse Square along with several performances of Apollo’s Fire.

And, we are open to other venues and genre but we need members to select, organize and host.

First, we just have two spots left for our MC! VIP discount list at Nighttown this Tuesday for Cyrille Aimée & Diego Figuerido. I’m expecting that we’ll have a wait list later today. But don’t let that stop you. Once we hit 20, the discount list closes but you can still attend with us. It will just cost you more for waiting.

So if you end up on the waiting list, you’ll still have a place at the table.

For the two upcoming Cleveland Orchestra events, please try to make your ticket purchases as soon as you can. The Fridays@7 event is for the best available seats at time of purchase. If you wait, then you may have to sit in the broom closet.

And, as always your RSVP is a firm commitment to attend. Quite often our events involve a limited number of spots or seats. If you don’t keep that commitment then you end up cheating other members out of the opportunity. I’m aware that not all groups are the same, but because of the nature of MC! we take your RSVP seriously.

If you must cancel, please do so with a minimum of 24-hours advance notice. For last-minute changes it is always best to revise your RSVP and email the host directly.

And, welcome to all of the new members! Best way to enjoy the benefits of Music Cleveland! is to attend one of our concerts. Please don’t sit on the sidelines. Try a new musical experience now! You are encouraged to RSVP now and get involved.

Finally, please remember the annual membership fee. If you have already paid, don’t read any further.

If not, please use the PayPal option (on left margin of home page) or pay the event host at your next concert. We spend considerable effort in obtaining special members-only pricing and VIP treatment at concerts so you are getting direct measurable benefits from your membership.
