University Park to Pulpit Rock

We've all done Pulpit Rock from time to time.  But how about from a different entry point?

We'll meet in the University Park development area (off the south end of Rockhurst Blvd. in the University Park development (by the water tank).

We'll walk the trail, and make our way to Pulpit Rock ...or maybe we'll find a side trail, and a new adventure.

Difficulty:  definitely easy to begin, and we'll see what happens then.  At most we might move to moderate.

Length:  just an estimate, but I'd say 2-3 miles.

Call if you are late/lost or need to cancel last minute:  Sandy[masked]

Grant and I waited by the water tank, but we didn't see anyone else. We went to the trail head by the round about by Rockhurst and University Park Road. I couldn't see a trailhead by the water tank. Everything said "No Trespassing". Maybe I was in the wrong place. Its kinda confusing. Enjoy your trip tomorrow, Sandy!

I took Wylie to the big dirt bike field east of my house this morning. (Constitution and Marksheffel). It was cold, but not unbearable. Tomorrow should be better. Just dress warmly and coat the short hair dogs.

It's near Dublin and academy... So 20ish minutes. Look for academy and Rockhurst . There is a cul de sac/turn about where the trailhead is. We'll need to park on the road. If the weather is still cold like today, I will cancel this event too.

Better yet... Look for Anglo and academy. Turn onto Anglo from academy and park on Anglo near the roundabout.
