Thank you for your interest in Muttville! If you have found yourself at this page than you are either:
• Someone that happened upon us on Meetup and is interested in working with us to help senior dogs find forever homes. Super! We are always looking for caring, enthusiastic, dedicated senior dogs lovers to join our team, and there are many different ways in which you can volunteer with Muttville - all of them are fun, rewarding and are a great help to the mutts. If this is you, then we ask that you first visit our site and fill out a volunteer application here: www.muttville.org/volunteer and/or fill out an application to become a foster home here: www.muttville.org/foster. Once you submit your application, we will get back to you usually within a day or so and get you on board! THEN, we'll get you all signed up on Meetup!
• Someone who is already involved with Muttville, and is wondering what this is all about and if they should join. The answer is YES! Muttville's Meetup site is the primary method that we use to communicate all information about our Adoption & Outreach events to Muttville volunteers, foster parents and members. Muttville’s Meetup site contains the what, when, who, and how for every event, and functions as the “switchboard” for members to communicate back and forth with each other and Muttville Headquarters.
Muttville welcomes the involvement of any individual who is motivated and passionate about finding forever homes for every senior dog.

Muttville Senior Dog Rescue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the way the world thinks about and treats older dogs and to creating better lives for them through rescue, foster, adoption, and hospice. Healthy older dogs are often euthanized and not considered adoptable, but we believe that every dog deserves a happy ending.
