Would you like to feel more deeply connected to yourself, your child/ren and other Saint Louis moms? You are not alone!
Join other moms in playing, learning and sharing as we build friendships, have fun with our kids and grow. If you are a mom that listens to your inner wisdom, if you listen for and to your child/ren, if you are new to St. Louis or new to parenthood, this is the Meetup for you!
Join our regular monthly Meetups (generally for moms of kids ages 0 to 5) to play, walk, drink coffee, chat, learn infant massage, yoga and more, all important parts of parenting. Members share on topics like ritual, bonding, playtime, sleep, stress, exercise, relationships and nutrition, finding inspiration, friendship and support from other mom members. Our Meetups make parenting fun, bringing like-minded moms together and starting friendships that last a lifetime.
We occasionally have family Meetups with trips like going to the zoo and just enjoying all that St. Louis has to offer. We have a number of Assistant Organizers (from different parts of St. Louis and with kids at different ages) and encourage members to be active, suggesting Meetups they think would be fun right onto our calendar via the "suggest a Meetup tab) so if you have a fun idea and are willing to "host" it, you can! We have two new Working Moms Assistant Organizers and are hoping to have regular events with the working mom in mind as Meetups are often held on weekday mornings and afternoons.
We are sponsored by My Mommy Manual, a site created by this Meetup's Organizer, PT and Parent Educator Suzanne Tucker. The site encourages moms to look inside for instructions and reminds us that we're not meant to go about this mommy-ing thing alone. She is also the founder of Generation Mindful, a community on a mission to support families and educators in building emotional intelligence playfully, connecting the generations and nurturing the human spirit.
If you join My Mommy Meetup, be sure to "Like" our Facebook page where member moms connect as well via pictures, parenting questions, giveaways, and more.
Thank you for taking a moment to learn about My Mommy Meetup. If it's a good fit for you, we look forward to receiving your profile and connecting with you on the journey of motherhood!
