Qigong (Chi Kung) means "the practice/skill of life force energy." It is a 3000+ year old practice of aligning breath, movement, and meditation. Qigong has deeply influenced - and been influenced by - many areas of Chinese culture including Taoism, Buddhism, traditional Chinese medicine, and martial arts. Beginners are welcome! We go through ancient moving meditations that cultivate Qi in the body's energy centers and facilitate its flow through energy meridians. We integrate with Heaven-Qi and Earth-Qi to attain balance and transformation.Sessions end with a seated guided meditation.
