Introduction

Hello! My name is Neaoma Clephane. I am the co-founder of JC Connections. A Virtual Assistance business in the Kentucky area. We desire to build a godly working relationship with other businesses in the area to glorify God.

How would you like to develop your leadership skills?

I would like to develop better marketing skills and obtain organizational, and office management tips. It is my belief that organization, office and time management as well as marketing is some of the basics of leadership.

What would you like to learn from other Christian Business Women?

I would like to learn about the journey of other Christian Business women. Their victories and triumphs as well as their failures. I'd like to learn about who they are, and what steps they took to get where they are now. I believe that each Business woman can come together to help grow each other both in career and in Christ. David wrote in Psalm 1 "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the council of the ungodly." So it is my belief that as a Christian, I can best learn from the council of other Christians. This includes business and marketing.

In what ways would you like to contribute to developing your community and encourage other Women to be stronger leaders?

I would like to use my business to show other young Christian, that they can truly do all things through Christ, who gives us strength. I would like the community, and every client I aquire, to know the Lord through me. I also see JC Connections being set into a position where we can financially contribute to Christian non-profit organizations all over Kentucky. Also, I would like for a large portion of my clientele to be other Christian owned businesses, to help them grow and obtain their goals.
