7/10 Update: Because of a recent sickness I am asking (Janet, DiD Assistant Organizer) to be this event organizer. Please look for (Janet, DiD Assistant Organizer) and (Donna, 3L Organizer) at the event.
What a way to spend a Saturday!
Please join us for some fun on Saturday starting at La Buena Vida Vineyards. This will be a joint event with several groups (3L, DiD, NTWE). So come on out and have some fun, see old friends and make some new ones too.
Saturday, 2 p.m.-5 p.m
PRICE FOR TASTINGS: $5 for four tastings or a better deal --- buy a bottle and share!
AND this afternoon there is live music in the garden! It just doesn't get much better than this!
La Buena Vida, which means “the good life” in Spanish, has been producing Texas wine for 26 years. Owner and winemaker Dr. Bobby G. Smith has won numerous awards through the years, but his ports, made with Champercin grapes from the vineyards in Springtown, have reached cult status. The wines are released under several labels, including La Buena Vida, Scarborough Mead, Springtown, Texas Gold, and Walnut Creek Cellars.

Should I start with a Margarita or start with a swirl... Both have white wine in it, right???? lol
Famous for Tex Mex, Notorious for Margaritas” Esparza’s Restaurante Mexicano is a well known and long loved tradition that is a popular part of the downtown Grapevine experience. Just a short walk off of Main Street on E. Worth Street, the restaurant occupies a late 1800’s renovated house inside the historic district. Well known for its atmosphere, Tex Mex dishes, margaritas and local scene, Esparza’s has been offering a little something for everyone since 1985. This place and all it has to offer is hard to beat any day or night of the week.
For those that want to continue on Main after dinner... there is Willhoite's, Tolbert's, Tap Inn for music and dancing... or you can continue a wine adventure at Tastings or get a little cozy at Into the Glass.
Now that sounds like a plan to me!
