Introduction

Hi. I am a total novice with wine. I certainly enjoy it, but have no idea how to select a wine. I would love to meet new people while I'm learning. Good friends and good wine sounds like a great combination!

What kind of wines do you like ? Any specific reason you picked that wine?

I enjoy cabs with dinner. Champagne is always a great choice.

What kind of wine tastings and events would you like to see planned for this group?

I'm a novice. . .open to any new experience!

Why did you choose to join this group instead of one of the other wine groups on Meetup?

This group seems to be larger and more organized than the other groups I looked at.

Describe a wine tasting that was memorable.

I attended a wine tasting that was paired with a cooking demonstration. I really enjoyed learning how to prepare Italian dishes and why the particular wines were good choices with the meal.
