Schaezler Warbler Woods Sanctuary - Cibolo, Texas

We have priority seating for the Schaezler Warbler Woods Sanctuary on Sunday, April 6th. Don and Susan Schaezler have worked hard to create a great bird sanctuary with several water drips and water features. The property has an excellent bird list and we should be treated to some nice finds. They do have bird blinds at the water features. Map of property:

Driving Directions:

We are at the beginning of migration and should have an excellent outing weather permitting.

We are getting close everyone, can't wait to meet you and hope we have some nice migrants to shoot. Please, please, please have the directions printed out so you can get there on time and get some great shots. I would recommend bringing tripod and flash if you have. This is a great opportunity for you to practice photographing small passerines like warblers, vireos, etc. The property has many different locations to shoot but we have priority seating. Our hosts are VERY nice people and I can't wait.

Thanks Lee for getting us the priority seating. I hope you can schedule a trip for golden-cheeked and black-capped. That would be great.

I am definitely going to schedule stuff on all days of the week. I tried for Saturday on this one, but another group had already booked and we wouldn't get priority seating. I am working on another trip to photograph Golden-cheeked Warblers and Black-capped Vireos!

I'd be able to make Saturday morning events. I have work on weekdays and church commitments on Sundays.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
