This great hands-on class will take you from rabbit to canned food. We will start by processing the rabbit. This will be a great opportunity for anyone who has not processed their own food. Then we will cook and can the meat. Again, if you have only little canning experience this will be a great class to attend! If you have any questions please let me know!

Thanks for coming! You all are a lot of fun. What a great way to get my chores done :) Thanks John and John for staying to help me finish the rest of the rabbits.

Great experience, and awesome conversation. Though next time I'm gunning to break Sandra's record time...if I can just finish 10 in the time it currently takes me to do 1. :-) Thanks Sandra!

You think we will be done by 12 or 1? Hubby will definately be with me tomorrow. Also do we need to bring anything, skinning knife?

Processing will definitely be done by noon. Canning might take longer. No skinning knife required. Rqbbits' skin just slips right off.

This is one animal I have not skinned yet. Should be as easy as a squirrel.
