Wednesday Exercise Ride @ Two Rivers to J. Percy Priest Dam.

We are going to ride from Two Rivers Water Park to Percy Priest Dam and back. this ride is 16 mile round trip. we will average 9-10 mph (or more depending on attendance and skill level) with a few rest breaks as needed. this ride will takes 2-2.5 hours when we slow-ride. no one will be left behind as we will regroup every few miles. This is not the type of ride you have to feel obligated to go to. I will ride even if no one shows up as these are my exercise rides. but as always rides are better with company and the more the better. if you choose to ride make sure you
Bring Your Helmet and lights (with the time change it has been almost dark when we return but better safe than sorry). dress for the occasion

I don't mind waiting a few minutes if you are running late. Check List for afternoon rides. Do I have a spare tube in case I have a flat?

    Got a good 32 mile ride in at a good pace, decided to keep going past two rivers on the way back and went all the way downtown!!

    Had a great ride. we turned our 16 mile ride in to 30 miles with Robert and Kevin doing a few hill repeats i think they hit 32 mles.
