Every Wednesday: Friendly Night Ride, 6PM

This is an easy in town cruise of 10-12 miles for all types of riders. Helmets required, lights recommended, cancelled if the roads are wet. We don't leave anyone behind. The route varies. We typically pick a new destination to explore each week.

No seizures, just obnoxious. My kayak paddle group have gotten everyone to stop strobes and use permanent on position on lights when we paddle at night and everyone likes it better. I AM NOT telling you what to do, it is your group. But I will wager that their are others that just aren't saying anything, that find them obnoxious to.

I almost always set my rear light to strobe, because that gets drivers' attention best. I almost never set my front light to strobe, because I use it to see the road.

I'd wager kayaks don't have too many issues with cars coming up on them from behind. That being said, it's usually light out this time of year even when the ride ends, and I tend to forget to put the rear light on anyhow. ^kj

Are you susceptible to seizures? I don't know what the average flicker rate is for bike strobes but would be curious to know if that affects/triggers seizures.

Will people be riding with strobe lights?

Some Front strobe and rear if you have strobe function.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
