Announcing a new Meetup for NASHVILLE-SLOW-RIDE!

What: Two Worlds Collide Ride

When: Saturday, July 31,[masked]:00 AM

Where: Sky Blue
700 fatherland street
Nashville, TN 37206

Urban pioneers Kathy Mead and Johnny Crow have conspired to simultaneously revive two epic local cycling traditions. After careful planning we are offering a combined unofficial Tour de Nash 2010 and a Pancake Ride (where you actually eat pancakes!!!)

We will depart from Sky Blue Cafe this Saturday (July 31) at 7:00am sharp and traverse the west Nashville portion of the Tour de Nash route @ 35ish miles. Feel free to cut it short if necessary. Upon return to Sky Blue, enjoy breakfast/brunch. Sound simple enough???

Sky Blue Cafe is located at 700 Fatherland Street, 37206. There is ample on street parking available in the area. Please get there in time to be ready to roll at 7:00am sharp. Don't forget your helmet :)))

There will be no official sweep. Ride at your level. The twisting route pretty much circles west Nashville's urban core so you will never be too far from civilization. Bring a cell phone and/or a bus token...Be prepared!!!

Bring snacks/hydration.

Route sheets will be available.

Also, most importantly, please observe all traffic laws, observe speed limits, and ride safely.

HELMETS ARE MANDATORY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
