How did you originally hear about geocaching?

I was on business in Hawaii and a co-worker (DaPh00z) asked me if I wanted to go geocaching. I really did not know what geocaching was all about until that cache run. My first cache was a regular size with trackables in it. My wife enjoys geocaching as well and we cache under the same caching name. We have been to some interesting places because of geocaching.

How did you hear about the North Alabama Geocachers meetup group?

I think it was TbirdBob

Do you have an account on If so, please share your caching name?

If you have some experience, how many caches have you found? (NOT that it's about the numbers!)

No answer yet

What is your most exciting, funny, dangerous, distant, difficult, or thrilling caching adventure?

Patty and I were in a small patch of woods signing a cache log and we heard a noise. We instinctively went into stealth mode. A geocacher (doing the gps stare) walked right by us. We finished signing and exited the woods. Usually, we socialize with every cacher we meet. This one looked a little zombie zombies cache?

My name is Tim and I like to go caching with my wonderful wife Patty and our geo-dogs Bella and Sophie.
