every Wednesday evening at 6.00pm for

FREE Outdoor Fitness Training in Trent Park.

Trent Park has an outdoor Fitness Trail with

obstacles to test all levels of fitness from the:
"I've never trained before"
or
"I want to get fit but I'm not motivated on my own"

to the
"I enjoy maintaining an overall level of fitness"

NOTE: I am NOT a fitness instructor or am I licensed or trained to teach fitness training. By attending the fitness-training event, you are agreeing to attend an outdoor fitness trail within Trent Park were we can train together and offer each other advice and guidance when using each of the training apparatus within the Trent Park’s fitness trail.

Important:

You need to be committed to improving your level of fitness with a good workout. Don’t worry if you lack motivation – together we will achieve your fitness goal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We consider safety to be our number one priority and while we never take unnecessary risks, we do recognise that any outdoor activity involves a danger of personal injury or death. Remember that you should be aware of and accept these risks as you are responsible for your own safety and you should not undertake anything beyond your abilities. It is also your responsibility to be correctly equipped for the weather and activity you have chosen to participate in.
