Great meeting on Tuesday. Lesson learned: always trust Jacky. One Day has to be the best book I've read this year. To tis the season for Halloween and take on a classic novel, we're going to kill to birds and do the re imagining of Pride and Prejudice with Zombies mixed in. Hope to see everyone there.
p.s. There has been many requests for Freedom by Jonathan Franzen. It is 576 pages, but if nobody objects we can take it on for December.
I cannot live without books. -Thomas Jefferson This is a casual and friendly group that enjoys meeting up at coffee houses in and around New Brunswick (Hub City). Our meetings take place at 7:00pm the second Tuesday of every month. We alternate between fiction and non-fiction selections and choose our books democratically via polls. Book suggestions are always welcome and appreciated!
