Our next Eno River trail workday is Saturday
April 27th, 9AM-4PM. We
will be meeting at the Pleasant Green Road access,
where Pleasant Green
Road crosses the Eno River. The plan is to do some
repair work on the
trail. We built this trail a couple years ago, and it now
repair work in a few locations. This continued maintenance is
to keeping the trail in good and usable shape.
You will need
to bring lunch, work gloves, insect repellent, and to wear
work clothing and
solid shoes or boots. John Willis will be running this

We now have two more workdays planned before summer.
These are May 18th and June 1st. On these workdays we will be
building the segment of trail to connect the Eno River trails with the Falls
lake trails. We have been working on the approval process for several years, and
it is now time to build trail. We will be building about 2 miles of new

Green Road (on the trail to be repaired April 27th) down the Eno
to Falls Lake and on to the dam at Falls Lake, all on natural surface
